• Let bbook answer your phone: switch on the AI receptionist yourself in the app. It answers calls, knows your hours and services, and books straight into your calendar. No setup call needed.
• Take a break without losing bookings: make your booking page private while you update services or take time off, then public again when you’re ready. Existing bookings stay as they are.
• Change your plan or add users in one place: one button in Billing shows what’s due today and takes your card on file.
• Out of seats? Tapping Add in Staff opens the upgrade right there, and the new staff form opens as soon as you’ve paid.

Improvements

• Clients booking with a multi-staff business now pick who they want before choosing a time, so nobody is booked with the wrong person.
